Family Guy Season 2, Episode 3 – Da Boom
In episode 3 Peter is given a warning about Y2K and decides to lock his family up in the basement on New Years eve. There is Nuclear holocaust and the Griffens are forced to stay in the basement until Peter eats up their food supply and they must come up with another option. Peter remembers about a twinke factory and decides to pack up the family and some other surviving citizens and head there hoping the factory has not been destroyed. Along the way stewie is infected but the radiation and becomes a octopus like creature. Upon arriving at the factory they find that it is still standing and has not been destroyed. So they make a new town where Peter is put in charge because it was his idea to go there in the first place. But he shortly messes everything up and is thrown out of town and Lois and the kids decide to go with him.
